​What inspires me emerges from many different sources. 

I am a traveler and a creative.
I love the vast beauty of quiet contemplation, of rest, connection and wonder.
I love breathing in the subtleties of what it means to be alive. I love when people share their stories of courage and transformation, the rawness and authenticity of their experiences inspire me. The endurance and will of some human beings leaves me with tremendous humility and deep appreciation. 

What moves me is often in the present moment, what is unfolding before me and how it impacts not just my life but the lives of others.
