Gestalt is a therapeutic and holistic approach to psychology. Within Gestalt therapy, the aim is for a safe space to be created in order for a client to explore experiences without judgment. The client is not only encouraged to talk about emotions and experiences, but to bring them into the room so they can be processed in real-time with a therapist.
